Utzinger x Mudbar Wine Dinner

This winter, we invite you to a boutique and truly special experience. On Friday, June 27, Mudbar is hosting a wine dinner in collaboration with Utzinger Wines, a locally loved Tasmanian vineyard nestled in the hills of the Tamar Valley.

It’s more than a meal… It’s a six-course tasting journey featuring the best seasonal Tasmanian produce (from Mudbar Farm), carefully paired (if you wish) with organically farmed, small-batch wines. Utzinger vineyard was founded by a Swiss winemaker and a Tassie local, a tale as romantic as the unique wines themselves. Every wine is crafted with heart and minimal intervention. Each of the six courses is inspired by Southeast Asian flavours and created to complement each Utzinger wine.
